You choose your provider when you book, and that provider performs your treatment — no substitutions. For filler and Sculptra we use handheld ultrasound to assess anatomy, existing product and vascular structures when it is clinically useful, and we keep hyaluronidase on site. No one here is paid on commission — not the physicians, not our advanced practice nurse, not our aestheticians — so nobody has a financial reason to recommend a second treatment. A meaningful share of our patients are physicians and their families, some driving in from Delaware. Laser hair removal and facials are performed by our licensed medical aestheticians.
