What is Morpheus8 for Body?
The same technology as Morpheus8 for the face — radiofrequency delivered through insulated microneedles — with a different applicator built for body tissue.
The key difference is depth. On the face we work between roughly 1 and 4 mm, because the tissue is thin and the structures beneath it matter. The body applicator reaches considerably deeper, up to around 7 mm, into tissue that is thicker and more forgiving.
Treatment is performed by a physician or our advanced practice nurse.
What does it treat?

Does it reduce fat?
At the deeper settings used on the body, radiofrequency reaches the subcutaneous layer and can have a modest effect on it alongside the tightening.
It is worth understanding that this is the same phenomenon we take pains to avoid on the face, where preserving that fat is the goal and losing it is the complication. On the body, in the right patient and the right area, some reduction can be part of what you want. Depth and energy decide which of those you get, which is the whole argument for who is holding the handpiece.
The honest limit: this is not liposuction and does not pretend to be. If you have a significant volume of fat you want removed, a surgical consultation is the useful conversation and we will point you toward one. Where Morpheus8 Body earns its place is skin that has loosened — after weight loss, after pregnancy, or with age — and that is a problem liposuction does not solve and sometimes makes worse.
Stretch marks
Striae are among the better-supported uses of radiofrequency microneedling. They are scar tissue in the dermis, and the treatment works the way it works on any scar: controlled injury prompting remodeling.
Expect improvement rather than erasure. Older, white stretch marks respond less well than newer red or purple ones, and no treatment removes them completely. Anyone promising that is not being straight with you.
Cellulite — what to expect, honestly
Cellulite is not simply a skin-quality problem. It is caused by fibrous bands tethering the skin to deeper tissue while fat pushes up between them, which is why it appears in people of every size and why creams do nothing.
Radiofrequency microneedling improves the skin above those bands — thicker, firmer skin makes the dimpling less obvious. It does not release the bands themselves. That means real but modest improvement in appearance, not resolution.
If cellulite is your only concern, we would rather tell you the realistic ceiling before you book a series than afterward.
How many sessions, and what should I expect?
Three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is the standard course. Body areas are larger, so appointments run 60 to 90 minutes.
Topical numbing is applied first. Afterward expect redness, swelling and small pinpoint marks for three to five days, and some tenderness in the treated area for a couple of days beyond that.
Change begins around four to eight weeks and builds as collagen forms over the following months. Most patients hold their result for 12 to 18 months.
